Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right for you!
You can easily process a return of items purchased within 14 days of delivery of the items to you.
You may request a refund, replacement, exchange, or a store credit for the value of items returned within the 14 day window.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit pass the 14 day window. Only a replacement request due to an error on our part will be processed pass the 14 day return period.
A refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit request will be processed once the item is received by us.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry and other items must be in their original packaging.
We can’t process returns of any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any cost differences on exchanges or replacements for items returned by mail will be debited to the original form of payment. In addition, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange or replacement item.
All items purchased from a physical store may only be returned with the original invoice together with the item.
Customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping costs. Depending on the method of shipping chosen, we will notify you the estimated shipping cost at the time of purchase. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
On returns, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or replacement item (not due to a cause attributable to us such as a defective item), the cost of shipping for the exchange or replacement item will be your responsibility and the same will be debited to the source of payment used for purchasing the returned item.
Instructions for Return:
STEP 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. We will respond within 2 business days. Please include your order number and reason for return to help us process your request quickly.
STEP 2: You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the package. Follow the instructions to mail the package.
STEP 3: Once we receive your item, we will process your return and you will receive an email confirming that your return is received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement request.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s) for it to be processed. Depending on the method of shipping you have chosen, please allow extra time for delivery of your item(s).

We may implement a no returns policy or limit accepting any returns of sale or clearance items. We will notify any no returns policy on our web site at the location of display or purchase of the items on sale.
Refunds: Unless required by law, only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: You may exchange an item duly returned with a same or like item for the same value. Any differences in pricing will be charged to the same purchase method used for the returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you like a replacement for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The time it may take for your replacement item to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
