In light of the recent Court of Justice of the European Union ruling on data transfers and the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield mechanism, we remain committed to having a lawful basis for data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We will continue to monitor the evolution of international data-transfer mechanisms to meet worldwide changing requirements including those under the GDPR around Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default.

m) Complaints/Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of the GDPR.
