Data Retention

Our Response

iv) When there is an additional fee associated with processing your request; and

Following a request for restriction, however, we can continue to use your restricted Personal Data, when: a) we have your consent; b) to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; c) to protect the rights of another natural or legal person; d) necessary to comply with a legal obligation; or e) for reasons of important public interest. 

i) Data Security:

We and our data processors take reasonable steps and employ technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing of Personal Daata. Our third party hosting provider may collect and store server logs to ensure network and IT security to ensure the server and website remain uncompromised. Unless they are investigating suspicious or potential criminal activity, they do not make any attempt to identify you from the information collected via server logs.

In light of the recent Court of Justice of the European Union ruling on data transfers and the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield mechanism, we remain committed to having a lawful basis for data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We will continue to monitor the evolution of international data-transfer mechanisms to meet worldwide changing requirements including those under the GDPR around Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default.
