We and our data processors take reasonable steps and employ technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing of Personal Daata. Our third party hosting provider may collect and store server logs to ensure network and IT security to ensure the server and website remain uncompromised. Unless they are investigating suspicious or potential criminal activity, they do not make any attempt to identify you from the information collected via server logs.

We process data both inside and outside of the United States. We rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders. In light of the recent Court of Justice of the European Union ruling on data transfers and the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield mechanism, we remain committed to having a lawful basis for data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We will continue to monitor the evolution of international data-transfer mechanisms to meet worldwide changing requirements including those under the GDPR around Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default.

m) Complaints/Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of the GDPR.
